Senior Mechanical Engineer with 15 years of experience in the design, mechanical calculation, project planning, and commissioning of cement plant equipment. Specializing in firing systems, kiln components, and plant optimization, I have successfully led and executed projects across multiple continents, ensuring operational efficiency and technological advancements in cement production.
Throughout my career at Polysius AG and Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions AG, I have played a key role in designing and commissioning critical machinery for cement plants worldwide. My expertise extends to supervising plant installations, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance plant efficiency.
Currently, as the Director of Kaffon Limited in Tanzania, I combine global industry knowledge with a localized approach to deliver customized engineering solutions. My focus is on process optimization, project management, and commissioning services that drive productivity and sustainability in cement manufacturing.
In addition to my engineering expertise, I have strong proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and specialized engineering software, including Autodesk AutoCAD, Inventor, Solid Edge, and Microsoft Office applications. My ability to integrate advanced digital tools into project workflows ensures streamlined execution and high-quality outcomes for clients.
